Returns & Exchanges

At Signature Luxara Designs, each piece is carefully handcrafted and thoughtfully prepared for you. If something is not quite right, we’re here to assist.


14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item Received
    If you receive the wrong product, we will promptly dispatch the correct item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Faulty or Transit-Damaged Item
    If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund to your original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or burned products
  • Gift cards
  • Orders where no contact has been made within 14 days of delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items

 

Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you receive your piece and feel it’s not the perfect fit for your space, we are happy to arrange an exchange.

Please note:

  • Return shipping and re-dispatch shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges are processed within 2–4 business days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the item inside its original packaging
