What are your candles made from?

Our candles are crafted from premium soy wax — a natural, renewable wax derived from soybeans. We pair this with high-quality fragrance compositions and lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a clean, refined burn experience.

Each candle is hand-poured in Australia with meticulous attention to detail.

 

Why soy wax?

Soy wax burns cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin wax. It produces less soot, supports a more even melt pool, and allows fragrance notes to unfold with greater depth and clarity.

For us, it’s about performance and purity — without compromising luxury.

 

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes. Every Signature Luxara Designs candle is hand-poured in Australia in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and precision in finish.

 

How long will my candle burn?

Burn time varies depending on size, but our standard 250g candle typically burns for approximately 45–55 hours when cared for correctly.

To maximise burn time:

• Trim your wick to 5mm before each burn

• Allow the wax to melt to the edge on the first burn

• Avoid burning for longer than 3–4 hours at a time

Are your candles safe?

When burned correctly, our candles are safe for indoor use. Always follow candle safety guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

• Trim wick before each burn

• Stop burning when 1cm of wax remains

Do you use synthetic or natural fragrance oils?

We use high-quality fragrance compositions that are carefully formulated for safety, performance, and scent clarity. All fragrance oils used comply with Australian safety standards.

How should I store my candle?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Excess heat may soften the wax or affect fragrance integrity.
